Daltin is very active in our community. He participates in Relay for Life, Day of Caring and bell ringing for the Salvation Army. He also volunteers setting up chairs for the Memorial Day Service at the Nisswa American Legion and selling concessions for the Pequot Activities Club.

Daltin Ackerman is the kindest student-athlete we have at Pequot Lakes High School. Our student body obviously agrees as he was selected 2020 Sno Daze King. Daltin challenges himself by taking a rigorous schedule of classes while staying involved in extra-curricular activities. Daltin’s long-term goal is to become a math or PE teacher. He believes it is important to give back to the community, and he thinks there is no better way than teaching and coaching today’s youth. Daltin Ackerman would be an excellent recipient of this award.
